Vi Naturae Glamping reserves the right to modify, add or remove portions of the Terms of Use at any time; modify or terminate the services for any reason and without prior notice at all times; remove user accounts whose content is illegal, offensive, threatening, defamatory or violates third party intellectual property rights or the Terms of Use; modify, replace, refuse access to the Site and the Services, suspend or discontinue them, in whole or in part. All information contained in the site and in the services and all data and information created by Vi Naturae Glamping associated with it (such as data files, written text, software, music, audio files or other sounds, photographs, videos or other images) are considered Vi Naturae Glamping content. The User acknowledges and agrees that Vi Naturae Glamping retains all intellectual property rights (whether or not those rights are registered and in any part of the world where such rights may exist) relating to the services. Vi Naturae Glamping retains all rights not expressly granted to the user in these Terms of Use.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS IS AS AVAILABLE" AND VI NATURAE GLAMPING DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY WARRANTY REGARDING THE SAME. IN PARTICULAR, VI NATURAE GLAMPING DOES NOT WARRANT TO THE USER THAT (I) THE USE OF THE SERVICES GOES TO THE MEETING OF ITS NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS; (II) THE USE OF THE SERVICES IS NOT INTERRUPTED, OR THAT IS TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR FREE; (III) ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED, RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES, IS ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; AND (IV) DEFECTS, EXISTING, FUNCTIONING, OR FUNCTIONALITY OF ANY SOFTWARE PROVIDED AS PART OF THE SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED.

NO CONDITIONS, WARRANTIES OR OTHER TERMS (INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES WITH REGARD TO SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESCRIPTION) ARE APPLICABLE TO THE SERVICES, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT YOU ARE EXPRESSLY DEFINED IN THE TERMS OF USE.

NO RECOMMENDATION OR INFORMATION, ORAL OR WRITTEN, OF VI NATURAE GLAMPING MUST BE CONSTRUED AS A WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED FOR IN THE TERMS OF USE.

The Terms of Use, as well as the user's relationship with VI NATURAE GLAMPING are governed by the applicable laws of the country of Portugal.

When making a reservation, the client must fill out the form correctly, indicating the accommodation, dates of departure, entry and exit, always subject to confirmation of availability by Vi Naturae Glamping, as well as their personal data and payment information, being fully responsible for the choices made and the information provided, which must be complete, true and current.

With the confirmation of the reservation data by the client, he is assigned a reservation confirmation email.

No refunds are payable for goods and / or services which, although made available to the customer, the customer chooses not to use.

•Full refund minus the charges of the intermediary payment channel (about 2 percent) within 48 hours of reservation if reservation made more than 15 days prior to check-in.

• Reservations made within 15 days prior to check in are non-refundable.

• Full refund minus the charges of the intermediary payment channel (about 2 percent) if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date.

• 50% refundable if cancelled 11 – 29 days prior to arrival.

• Non-refundable if cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival.

Vi Naturae Glamping may make certain promotions and discounts on the reservations made by customers on the site. The following conditions apply to the Benefits, Promotions and Discounts:

In case of cancellation or non-use of a reservation made under a promotion or discount, you will not be refunded with the value of the promotion or discount, nor receive a guarantee of a reapplication in another reservation;

The use of fraudulent mechanisms to obtain Benefits, Promotions or Discounts blames the Customer in the general terms and gives Vi Naturae Glamping the right to choose the application of the tariff without discount.

Vi Naturae Glamping reserves the right to cancel and / or change at any time the promotions and discounts.

The price of the reservation includes taxes legally due (including, in particular, Value Added Tax), which will be charged by Vi Naturae Glamping to the Client together with the reservation at the legal rate in force, depending on the services Contractors.

Breakfast is included in the domes rates.

Any and all damages due to reckless use of the accommodation will be the charged to the client.

The prices shown are per accommodation.

If the client appears with more persons than those indicated in the reservation to use the accommodation, Vi Naturae Glamping may refuse entry.

The client shall comply with the internal rules for the use of the accommodation, and Vi Naturae Glamping shall not be liable for damages suffered by the Customer as a result of the violation.

As a general rule, the accommodation can be used from 3:00 pm on the day of check-in and must be left free before 11:00 am on the day of check-out. The stay in the accommodation beyond the time of departure, may lead to the payment of additional amounts, which are the exclusive responsibility of the client.

In case of an overbooking situation in the accommodation reserved by the client, the client accepts that Vi Naturae Glamping may place you in another accommodation of the same undertaking, at no additional cost to the client, and without, therefore, being entitled to any compensation or termination of the contract.

If the Client does not appear in the accommodation on the date of entry indicated on the reservation,

Vi Naturae Glamping reserves the right to put the accommodation available again for reservation.

The client must pay the full amount indicated on the booking form as a condition to take advantage of the reservation.
